The 155430-43 R30 20BB filter has a media that is pleated and coiled round a polypropylene core, which doubles the strength and filtration capacity of the cartridge. Further the end caps are sealed onto a vinyl plastisol with a thermo setting. This comprehensive sealing enables a formation of the different components into a single unitized gasket and end cap. The sealing is further aided with sonic welding of the cartridge which reduces internal bypass and improves liquid filtration.
