The R30-20BB is largest size in the R series, for maximum results. The 155430-43 R30 20BB filter has a media that is pleated and coiled round a polypropylene core, which doubles the strength and filtration capacity of the cartridge. Further the end caps are sealed onto a vinyl plastisol with a thermo setting. This comprehensive sealing enables a formation of the different components into a single unitized gasket and end cap. The sealing is further aided with sonic welding of the cartridge which reduces internal bypass and improves liquid filtration.

However the user has to ensure, while using this cartridge filter, that it is not mixed with water which is microbiologically unsafe or not properly disinfected.
