Large amounts of water can be purified through the ECP5-20BB at a single point of time and this makes it beneficial to use in industries and factories as well. The work strength is very high and a single ECP5-20BB water purifier is sufficient to settle down the particle filtration purposes for most or all. For domestic purposes as well, this is an excellent option, as it offers a high flow with minimal pressure drop, and keeps water in its natural form. It purifies water but retains the natural minerals present in it.

The 255494-43 E CP 5 -20BB is one of the most exquisite models of ECP series launched by Pentek. It is constructed by combination of 3 different fibers that works upon to improve the strength of the filter. Like other ECP water filters, its core is comprised of polypropylene fiber and pleated design. This pleated design has a coating of vinyl plasticol over it and again above all this, there is a coating of cellulose as well, that is impregnated by resin.

This filter is ideal as it is available in an attractive wide and long perforated design. The main purpose of pleated design over the core is to block maximum sediments at the very beginning of the filtration process. Due to resin and cellulose coating over the entire body, it offers much more flow rate of liquid than other cellulose cartridges. Fact is that filters of ECP series have higher surface area than that of other water filter models, and outperform other cellulose filters. The filter media of this purifier is about 36 square feet and thus, the user does not have to worry about changing and replacing the filter after a short duration of time.

For the comfort of customers, the end caps of ECP water filters are made in different colors. A particular colored end cap shows the specific micron rating of the product. The CP5 -20BB filters have white colored end caps, implying it is a 5 micron rating sediment filter.
