A five micron high flow filter, in an attractive and quality appearance. This filter has a long perforated body which is about 20 inches long. The long cylindrical structure has two ends that are covered with pliable end-caps and gasket. The basic structure of the water purifier is made up of fibers of polypropylene.
A pleated design is formed over it which is further encrypted with resin impregnated cellulose fibers. The overlapping of these three different components is done to enhance the wet strength of the 255486-43 ECP5-20 purifier and to increase the flowing rate of water within it.
Due to its wider filter media, chances of the transferability of impurities within the filtering liquid fall to minimum. Apart from it, the flow rate is also quite better than that of other filters. It is ideal for commercial and industrial purposes as well because of its larger length size and greater working speed. There is an availability of easy identification of its micron rating because the company has selected various colored end caps to signify various rating.
The body of the ECP series filter specifically has high resistance against bacterial attacks and other chemicals like chlorine to ensure they have a long lasting compared to other sediment filters which might be used out much faster.
