You may never know how Touch-Flo build superior faucets, function testing each one during the process. But when you their limited lifetime warranty, you'll be confident TouchFlo stands behind every faucet they make.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Your Touch-Flo faucet is covered by the following limited warranty: If this Touch-Flo faucet fails to function because of defects in materials or workmanship, Touch-Flo Mfg. Co. will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This limited warranty continues in effect for as long as the original purchaser own this Touch-Flo faucet.
For Warranty Service Call TouchFlo Customer Service Department TOLL FREE (Monday through Friday 10AM until 7:30PM Eastern Time). A service technician will, as appropriate, advise you on how to make a simple adjustment, provide replacement parts or make arrangements for you to return the faucet for repair or replacement.
Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty applies only to Touch-Flo faucets and not to any other component of any drinking water treatment unit or other equipment to which the faucet may be connected. This warranty does not apply to units located or claimants residing outside the United States and Canada. All warranty claims must be made directly by the end-user/owner. No claims will be accepted from resellers, installers, manufacturers or lessors whether on their own behalf on behalf of an end-user/owner. This warranty shall not apply to any unit placed in commercial service, nor to any damage caused by improper use. This faucet is intended for use with a drinking water treatment unit connected to the cold water line in a private home. This warranty is void if the unit is connected to any hot water line or instant hot system. Touch-Flo Mfg. Co. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.
