The Pentek CW/WP series sediment filters make use of a polypropylene durable cord which is wound around a rigid polypropylene core. These fine filter cartridges use innovative and 100% pure fiber materials for superior performance of the filter. This helps to eliminate the seams and result in a strong and durable construction of the cartridge.

String Wound water filter design helps to reduce the fine sediments from a variety of fluids and this particular filter has the capacity to withstand temperatures up to 73.9 degree Celsius. The improved efficiency of the CW/WP series sediment filter is that it can be easily removed from its housing, disposed and replaced. This is the reason for it being among the most cost effective models in the market.

The 155214-43 CW-50 sediment water filter is an economical solution to reduce fine sediment, including sand, silt, rust and scale particles. This performance is solely due to the high-efficiency and durable polypropylene string wounds which results in greater surface area. The cartridges are much reasonable and come in a standard pattern. The CW-50 has a rating of 50 microns.

The CW-50 water filter cartridges are suitable for a wide variety of sediment filtration applications, such as the municipal and other industrial settings.
