RFC stands for Radial Flow Carbon. This series is popular in water purifying systems, comprising of radial flow carbon cartridges which are pretty effective in removing impurities from the water. The RFC series has been around a long time, and its filters are actively helpful in providing carbon filtration with a relatively low pressure drop.
