RFC stands for Radial Flow Carbon. This series is popular in water purifying systems, comprising of radial flow carbon cartridges which are pretty effective in removing impurities from the water. It is efficient in reducing existing chlorine, bad odor and bad taste from drinking water. The RFC series has been around a long time, and its filters are actively helpful in providing carbon filtration with a relatively low pressure drop. This filter series is available in various sizes, including the Big Blue (double width) which is ideal for high flow rate and point of entry systems.

The RFC series is specially designed for making drinking water safe, healthy and tastier. Its cartridges are manufactured with fine carbon particles that help in absorbing various unsafe particles from the water. RFC series are Carbon cartridges with outer shells constructed out of 70 micron porous polyethylene. These have polypropylene end caps.

While the RFC-93 is currently not available, other filters in the RFC line are ready to be ordered and shipped. The 155141-43 RFC-BB filters contain OD cartridges of spun polypropylene core. It also constitutes granular activated carbon particles between the inner and outer shells which helps in absorbing the various particles and reduce or remove them. This is a water filter that comes with durability and effective purifying water. It withstands bacterial attacks and removes bad odor produced by chlorine and other micro particles in the water.
