This Dual action filter is designed for chlorinated water supplies.

Combines Cuno dirt and rust cartridge made from an exclusive process using pure white cellulose fibers and high-absorption granular activated carbon.

As water passes from the outer surfaces into the center of the cartridge, the filtering pores become increasingly smaller to remove even microscopic particles. Then chlorine and other organics are removed in the bed of granular carbon.

Unlike pleated paper and string-wound cartridges, the rigid, sturdy construction of these Water Factory cartridges is able to withstand high-pressure drop and stressful conditions such as water hammer.
