Notice: Due to recent industry changes, price increases on raw material and transportation, the wholesale price on merchandise such as water filters, water softeners, reverse osmosis water purifiers and ultra violet systems, increased dramaticly. We continually strive to offset increased costs with improved productivity and processes. However, the magnitude of the dramatic raw material price increases the we continue to experience makes these price changes for related OmniPure Filters products essential. The following is a breakdown of the price increases, by category, that can be expected: Filter Housings 6%, Pleated Cartidges 5%, Granular Carbon GAC 20%, Carbon Block 15%, Inline Water Filters 6%, Drinking Water Systems 6%.) On Mar 2 '07, The USA Commerce Department issued it's final determination of sales at less than fair market value of activated carbon. Due to this final ruling the import tariffs have increased dramatically. Unfortunately most suppliers passed this major increase to distributors, and this needs to pass on to consumers. However, many of todays pricing are still unchanged, with full cases at almost no markup.
