The CTO/2 series carbon block filter cartridges are manufactured with highly pure activated carbon that is acid washed. The carbon activated particles are fused in order to form a uniform block to enhance absorptive efficiency and capacity. 32175050100 carbon block water filter works the best at places where the combination of sediment and carbon drinking water filters is required. Its superior performance in dirt holding capacity and removing the carbon fine particulates makes it the filter of choice.

The superior cto/2 carbon block is combined with Kx integrity of design and high performance to bring out a filter with excellent cost to performance price. This unit is well known for delivering an extended life while reducing taste of chlorine and odor, sediment and contaminants from filtered water.

Culligan style 32-175-050-100 water purifier is widely used for filtering organic solvents, and is regarded ideal for use in culligan water purification systems, post filters or pre filters for Culligan Reverse Osmosis Water Filters, such as the AC36, AC15, AC Series, and H-83, 101 RO Carbon purifier.

Finished with a layer of polypropylene, spun bonded, this pre filtration medium is set externally. Finally, protective polypropylene netting is applied to the outer most part of the cartridges. A compressed gasket is fitted at the end caps of the polypropylene cartridge, so that it can fit into the housing with ease. Because of the uniformity of the extruded activated carbon foundation, KX carbon block water filters will not bypass or channel.

Users shall be advised that the unit should only be used or replaced according to the instruction provide with the water filter system. CTO/2 known as The Workhorse, shall be flushed with water for at least 5 minutes prior to its use. Since, this filter is not makde to remove or kill bacteria and viruses, water that is microbiologically unsafe and has not been provided with adequate amounts of disinfectant should not be used solely in the water filtration system. It also must not be autoclaved or steam sterilized.

The Culligan style CTO/2 Carbon Filter, use activated carbon for absorbing containments. It has a nominal sediment removal micron rating of 5. fits Culligan AC Reverse Osmosis Series, AC15, AC36, H-83, 101 Carbon Block Filter.
