Known as 'The Workhorse', this activated carbon filter is an Extruded Activated Carbon cartridge, with 5 Micron (Nominal) High Adsorptive Sediment and Carbon Efficiency and great capacity. A carbon block water filter for superior performances. It has a broad spectrum capability to reduce chronic disinfectant, and absorb organic chemicals, both of which are the main reason behind bad taste and odor in potable water.

The carbon blocked filter cartridges are formed of a thick walled pipe where a force is provided to the water to pass from outside to inside within the absorbent wall. During this process the whole amount of contaminants are absorbed and the sediments are halted, resulting with refined final fluid.

The main purpose of 32250125975 purifiers is to achieve purified water faster than the traditional GAC activated carbon applications. This unit is provided with the capacity to remove chlorine, taste and odor provided with dirt carrying capacity and sediment filtration of a well-built 5 micron nominal sediment filer.

Kx Industries introduced this filter to work great where sediment and carbon activated filer are required. They are best suited for use in residential and food service applications. The CTO/2 series is tested and certified under NSF/ANSI drinking water standard 42 for the material used in manufacture. It uses an extrusion process in its manufacture which allows reduced production of carbons along with a lower pressure drop. Together with the removal capacity of organic contaminates and chlorine, taste and odor, this filter also delivers an extended life.

The activated carbon of high clarity acid washed, which is used in the manufacture of the carbon filter cartridges increases the dirt holding capacity as well as the removal of carbon fines, making it one of the choicest filter. The replacement cartridges are combined with integrity and high performance that makes it the most exceptional performance against cost value. Replaces the 03-250-125-975.
