The KX Technologies +Pb1 06-425-200-20 is an extruded activated carbon block filter that is known for its superlative performance. It is a highly efficient multifunctional water filter system that is suitable both for commercial as well as residential housing systems. It uses an ion-exchange filter medium that has greater specificity for lead that is soluble. To intercept the insoluble lead containing particles, particulate filtration is used.

Pb1 KX 0642520020 carbon block water filters meet NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for its capacity of removing cysts, lead and turbidity. It has the capacity to outstand bad taste and odor, remove chlorine and offers a higher level of chemical reduction in potable water. This is a benefit that does not goes away with a few gallons of water, rather, it has the capacity of lead reduction from filtered water for 17,000 gallons at a recommended flow rate of 5 gallons per minute and chlorine removal capacity is over 42,000 gallons.

This 1/2 Micron Carbon 06-425-125-20 Pb1 Filter provides 99.96% reduction of particulates and is regarded as the high performance Sediment/Carbon filter with greater extended life. The Kx Pb-1 extruded activated carbon provides many times greater life compared to similar moderate filters due to the combination of higher dirt holding capacity with pre filtration graded density. The high adsorptive capacity and efficiency makes the KX Matrikx the filter of choice. The materials that are used in the manufacture of +Pb1 0642512520 filters and it's performance are tested and verified by Independent laboratory testing.

KX +Pb1 06-425-125-20 carbon block water filter is recommended to be used only according to the instructions provided with the water filter housing. It is also recommended that the water that is used for treatment should be safe microbiologically and/or provided with adequate disinfectant. In order to remove the fine particle of carbon, it is advised that the cartridges be flushed prior to its initial use with ample amount of water.
