Carbon Block Filter +1 Series comprehensively perform the task of eliminating chlorine taste and odor from drinking water. These filters offer a 0.6 micron water filtration which helps in removing chemicals which are responsible for the foreign taste and odor that is often found in supply water. The filter also comprises of an additional silt and fine sediment control filter, thereby increasing the VOC reduction capacity of the filter.

The inclusion of the sediment control filter in front of the carbon block water filter greatly helps in extending the life of the 0142512520 Kx carbon water filter, and it can be used in all kinds of water purification systems, such as commercial, residential, industrial effluent water treatment, industrial makeup, food services, product rising as well as post and pre RO system, with proficient results. They can also be used in cases when absolutely pure water, free from odor and chlorine taste, is required.

The 01-425-125-20 filter has a nominal micron rating of 0.6 as well as a absolute micron rating of 2. Its performance has been tested as well as verified by the Independent Laboratory Testing and has also been certified by the NSF International for its quality and efficient working. This filter has a very high capacity of chemical absorption.

Known as ''The Chlorine, Chloroform, Taste and Odor Guzzler'', it has the capacity to reduce chlorine taste and odor at the rate of 7 GPM per 150,000 gallons of water. Also, it can serve as an chloroform filter on 5,600 gallons of water at the rate of 3.5 Gallons per minute.

The most apt materials have been used to manufacture the different parts of the filter to make it the most competent filter. The end caps have been manufactured using Polypropylene which easily fit all standard filter housings. The exterior of the filter cartridge is lined with polypropylene netting.

The working of the KX Matrikx water filter has been designed in a way to enhance the efficiency of the filters in purifying the water. These filters allow water to flow in a radial direction that is from the outside to the inside. This helps in providing a low pressure drop and higher capacity to hold dirt.
