ECP series sediment filters add value to the process and production of your water purifier system. It produces clean and pure water and does not impart taste, odor or color to the fluid.

The 255489-43 ECP1-BB water filter media is pleated all around the polypropylene core that adds strength, and the end of it is immersed in a vinyl plastisol thermo setting. When both end of the pleat is blocked by embedding and sealing, the two components together form a unitized end cap along with a gasket. The pleated design of cartridges helps to get 50% more surface area than other similar filters.

The materials that are used for manufacture of these 1 micron cartridges are a special formulation of polyester fibers and resin impregnated cellulose. The unique blend of the two materials provides the greatest wet strength compared to other cellulose cartridges.

Along with that, the ECP series provides high flow rate and dirt holding capacity, at the same time as maintaining a very low pressure drop. The efficiency of the materials used in its manufacture allows the filter to become more durable. The E CP1-BB water media filter contains 18 square feet of media. The end cap is of tan color, so that it can be easily identified and recognized as 1 micron. It is advised not to use water that are not provided with adequate disinfectant or microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality. Many tests show that ECP series sediment filters can remove maximum amount of sediment compared to other filters.
