The Special Sand Catcher sediment filter can be used in many applications such as:

Irrigation systems - sprinkler gear drives, drip emitters, spray nozzles, and solenoid valves.

Domestic or Commercial well water - Faucet aerators, clothes washers, dishwashers, ice makers, water softeners, toilet valves, and HVAC heat plugs.

Indusrial - Cooling towers, machinery cooling systems, process water prefiltration, and distribution solenoid valves.

Poultry and livestock - Cooling systems fogger nozzles, wash-down water valves, medication distribution systems, and drinking nipples.

Centrifugal sediment separation.

Polyester screen mesh is easily cleaned and reusable which eliminates costly element replacement.

Molded PVC filter body allows glue together installation similar to standard PVD pipe fittings.

Clear cover for quick view of collected sediment.

Weather resistant materials for long life.

Ball valve allows for quick sediment removal from reservoir.

Standard 60 mesh (254 micron) or 100 mesh (152 micron) screen (other mesh sizes available too)
