The Dual Purpose carbon cartridges, in the C1 series, are priced economically and provide water filtration for sediment removal, chlorine, taste and odor improvement. This is an ideal water filter for places where drinking requirements are relatively higher than small areas. Irrespective of its large size of about twenty inches, its structure has been wisely designed to ensure no problem in its acceptability.

It is structured in a cylindrical body having a perforated design. The innermost layer is constituted of polypropylene fiber while the outermost layer is designed by netting for utmost durability of the purifier. A polyester layer over the netting serves as the back up for the entire body.

Within polypropylene and netting design, 155597-43 C1-20 carbon filters contain an additional coating that includes carbon immersed in cellulose fiber. The purifier also follows the technique of carbonization where impurities are filtered out from the water through emission of carbon particles. C1-20 water filter works over the two areas. Apart of filtering out all soluble sediments from the liquid, it improves the taste and odor of the water that may sometimes be worsened by chlorine and other water treatment chemicals.

The long cylindrical body of water purifier can be fitted into many or most 20 inch water filter housings, its price is economical too and the filter has maximum dirt gathering capabilities. This feature reduces down the passage of impurities into the filtered water to the minimum extent.
