The Inline Omnipure Filters is a variant from the standard design of other K series Inline Filters. The distinguishing feature is the straight female machine thread with calibration for Quick-Connect fittings.

These filters are also like other highly successful K Inline Filters, and combine the benefits of highly reliable water purification technology with that of an easy installation process.

Quick-Connect fitting technique ensures dual advantage. In the first place, this technique reduces the installation procedure to the minimum requiring only a few seconds for completion. Inlet and outlet pipes are secured at their respective place by a collet system. This system has been patented. The other benefits arising out of the Quick-Connect fitting technique is the reduced probability of any weeping and seepage. The spin-fused body and cap provide smooth and consistent sealing. Glues or binders are not used to avoid any chance of contamination.

The K Inline Filters, are intended to be used as a component with other systems. Reduction in clearance due to the fitting being directly molded with the cap is one of the most advantageous points for this system.

A filtration system based on reverse osmosis technique in traditional length and width configuration with uniformly attached post filter, leads to optimal utilization of space and that too without making any compromise as far as filter performance is conceded.

The K Inline Filters are available in 2'' and 2.5'' diameters. The length can either be 6'', or 8'', 10'', 12'', or 14''. The available range of length and diameters can be combined to meet the customer specific needs. Inlet design is also available in dual port design in the Quick-Connect installation system.

This filtration system finds application in domestic filtration needs; commercial water purification needs like hotels, restaurants food lounges, and even in case of very critical pharmaceutical water purification needs.

The K-Series inline filter housing and connect fittings have been tested for quality performance by the Water Quality Association WQA under the NSF Standard 42 for drinking water. The tests included 300 psig Hydro Static Water Testing and Active Cycle Testing of 100K repetitions ranging from Zero to 150 psig. Complete results of the quality testing can be obtained through Omnipure.

NOTE: Activated carbon GAC water filters are intended NOT to be used with water which is microbiologically unsafe or with unknown quality water without proper disinfection procedures before or after the water filter unit.

Omnipure water filters have been tested under Standard 42 for improved taste, odor and reduction of chlorine; or for particulate reduction; and they have been materials certified. All water filters shall be installed on cold water lines only.
